Administrative duties over current tax system
Export data information files to the State of Wyoming

Balance, distribute and report tax receivables to roughly 54 taxing entities monthly

General Ledger/Accounting Duties
Responsible for all main fund accounting, balancing, and the generation of monthly financial statements
Set up new accounts/funds
Set up all County grants and contracts
Entry of bank account activity and reconciliation of main operating accounts
Receipt and enter all incoming revenue for Lincoln County
Responsible for fiscal year-end accounting tasks including working closely with independent auditors to adhere to General GASB (General Accounting Principles) Rules and Guidelines
I have assisted in the successful execution of 24 independent audits (Jones Simkins LLC), identifying process improvements and maintaining stringent compliance standards
